Who we are

Growzo (growzo.co.in) helps restaurants grow on Zomato. We are independent: not part of Zomato, and not paid by them.

What we collect

The outlet name, city, email and WhatsApp number you type in; your outlet's public Zomato listing, which we read; the partner-app reports you upload; and which steps of this site you used. We do not record what you type into a field other than what you submit.

What we use it for

  • To find your outlet, read your menu and, if you buy it, build your Growth Plan.
  • To send your report to the email and WhatsApp number you give us.
  • So that the Growzo team can call or message you about our services for restaurants on Zomato.
  • To see where this site works and where it does not, so we can improve it.

Who sees it

The Growzo team. Payments are taken by Razorpay and emails are sent through Brevo, who handle what they need for that alone. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

The reports you upload are deleted 30 days after you upload them. Your contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or tell us to stop contacting you, at any time: write to [email protected].
